Intro Ends- 2:45

Just Say "No" January- 4:40

Say "no" to hiding, stepping out of the comfort zone- 6:50

"Let's say 'yes' to things because we are digging up the roots that we don't need to take with us in a new year." -7:30

"In the new year, we are the most intentional version of ourselves." -8:38

"Praying, each day, 'Lord what am I saying no to today?' What habit or what thoughtful intention, rooted in his Word, am I learning. What do I want to set down and what do I want to take into 2020." -9:37

What is it that you need to say 'no' to in order to incorporate more Word in your life? - 10:30

1. Say 'no' to the 'set idea' of what it looks like to be in the Word of God- 11:10

- Give yourself permission to figure out what works for you. Say "no" to the "shoulds" 11:40

2. say "no" to the things that would take up the space that we need to give to the Word- 14:00

- It doesn't have to be perfect and it is not going to be the same every single day. But what is going to be the same is that I've created space in my day for it. 14:10

"It is not always a bad thing that we are saying no to- it can be good things. But maybe they are not in the right space or they have overgrown the space they should stay in." -15:50

"It is so helpful to say 'no' to noise and be really thoughtful about whose voices you are listening to. Ensure that God's voice is the loudest, His vote is the biggest, and He has the trump card in every conversation. You only know what His voice is, you only know what he has to say about anything, if you are in His Word," 16:35

What lead you to say 'yes' to Bible Study Fellowship and what is it that you love about BSF that helps get you in the Word more often? 17:00

- BSF is the same no matter where you move, it is a global ministry- 17:20

- Allows you to thoughtfully study the Word of God with some of my best friends that don't live where I live- 18:00

-you engage with women in all walks of life- it tangibly shows you that God's Word is relevant and alive and active -19:15

It is hard to live what you believe if you don't know what you believe. The first place to start is to dig into God's Word. 20:50

The rhythms that have staying power in my life have an element of fun to it. Not how can I make this fun but how is this fun? -21:55

What are some things that you think would help the activity of getting in the Word more fun for people? 23:20

Having someone to do it with- 23:35

- What isn't fun about it to you right now? Why don't you do it? Is it because you're lonely? Maybe you're looking for connection and accountability. Maybe you don't do it because you're exhausted. Then don't do it at 6 am! You have permission to pick a different time of day. -24:30

"Give yourself permission to find the right time, the right space, and the right people to study with" -25:25

Outro- 28:25
