Both Linda and Cyndee found positive health changes by make a few simple decisions. By taking those first steps, which they share in our conversation, they led their families to dramatic weight loss results. 

As health coaches, mamas, and wives they know how hard it is to take time for yourself. Cyndee is also a full-time nurse and pastor's wife! Yet, especially as Linda enjoys new-found motherhood they've both come to realize their personal intention and attention to health is how they can best lead their family.
