The book process is deceptively simple. I mean, someone writes some words, pushes print and (magically) folks like us, pay some money or borrow from the library to consume and move onto the next thing.
Through the book launching process last year I got to learn a whole lot about how many wonderful, passionate people are involved with the minutia of releasing a book to the public. Jana is the publicist to many well-known folks and with over 20 years of experience in the industry she has a fascinating perspective on book publishing. Plus she is super sweet and I know you'll enjoy learning from her as much as Ashley and I did.
